Application privacy

This notice covers the Easily Elite coaching application operated by Parker White.

What you choose to share

The form collects your name, email, optional social profile, work situation, goals, obstacles, past attempts, readiness, and time zone. You confirm you’re at least 18 and agree to contact about your application. Please don’t include medical records, diagnoses, financial account details, or other sensitive information.

How your answers are used

Parker uses your answers to assess whether the coaching program is a fit, prepare for a conversation, and contact you about your application. Sending the form does not enroll you, take payment, or subscribe you to a marketing list.

Storage and access

Applications are stored through Netlify Forms and can be reviewed by authorized members of Easily Elite’s Netlify account. Netlify processes submission information and spam signals to provide the form service. Form answers are sent only when you submit and aren’t saved to your browser’s local storage.

Questions, corrections, or deletion

Contact Parker through @parkerjwhite to ask about your application, correct your information, or request deletion. Include your application reference if you have it.
